The discussion touches upon the gaps in maternal and child health in Sindh and highlight the need for a Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program in the area. In doing so, the authors of this work highlight the various dimensions of heterogeneity which are expected to create a differential impact of the CCT program on the outcomes of interest i.e., the take-up of health care services. The presenters share the research design of the evaluation which is expected to start in January 2022, and also discuss some key findings from the on-going pilot study.
