The Saida Waheed Gender Initiative (SWGI) is pleased to launch its Spring calendar as it marks its 10-year anniversary. We cordially invite you to a panel discussion, SWGI at 10: Feminist Legacies and Futures, reflecting on key developments in gender rights over the past decade and exploring emerging challenges and opportunities for feminist scholarship, advocacy, and community engagement. The conversation will bring together scholarly and activist perspectives to examine enduring feminist legacies and envision pathways forward. We are honoured to be joined by three distinguished speakers: Khawar Mumtaz, Ismat Shahjehan, and Farieha Aziz. We are also especially thankful to Nighat Said Khan and LUMS Vice Chancellor Dr. Ali Cheema for their guest appearances.
